Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in HVAC / MEP Contracting to oversee and optimize operational processes, ensure project efficiency, and enhance overall execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review technical documents, engineering drawings, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct submittal reviews and approve technical submissions for compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise the resolution of consultant and client queries, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Assist in product and model selection, ensuring compatibility with project specifications and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to address site-related issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure that Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are executed efficiently and aligned with service agreements.
• Proactively address operational challenges on-site to avoid delays and ensure project continuity.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and equipment meet quality and technical requirements.
• Supervise and guide Project Managers to ensure compliance with company standards, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Implement best practices in operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control to optimize project profitability.
• Drive team performance, mentoring, and professional development of engineering and site staff.

Products & Technical Knowledge Required:
The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the following HVAC & MEP products and systems:

• Water Heating Systems: Boilers, calorifiers, heat exchangers
• Solar Water Heating Systems: Solar collectors, storage tanks, hybrid systems
• Heat Pumps: Air-to-water, water-to-water, and geothermal heat pumps
• Chilled Water Systems: Chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping systems
• Pumps & Circulators for HVAC and plumbing applications
• Valves & Control Systems used in MEP projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in MEP Contracting as an Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical and product knowledge related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Clear and effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in technical software and tools related to MEP design, project planning, and procurement.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Age Requirement: 33-38 years.
