Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead the setup and establishment of new factories, particularly for HVAC insulation products.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to streamline workflows.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards as per local and international regulations.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align operational objectives with overall business goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
