Job Brief:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Campaign Specialist with expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, backend operations, performance tracking, and delivering measurable ROI through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Ensure proper audience segmentation, ad placements, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide decision-making.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and optimal campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Work on backend systems for pixel setup, event tracking, and data accuracy across platforms.
  • Coordinate with developers to troubleshoot and implement advanced tracking solutions such as Google Tag Manager and conversion APIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, and pixels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis for reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Candidate should be open to working within the UAE Time Zone.
