Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Department Incharge to oversee and manage the powder coating division. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in chemical engineering, hands-on experience in powder coating operations, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the whole powder coating operations.
  • Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time.
  • Check the quality of the powder coating by performing different tests in the lab through calibrated instruments.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Purchasing & Stock Control related to the department.
  • Manage production schedules for the shifts.
  • Resolve any customer issues.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety Standards.
  • Training new department employees.
  • Manage and run the department and all its activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in the powder coating or related sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years in the powder coating-related Labs.
  • Demonstrable experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing.
  • Management/Supervisor qualification or experience.
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • HSE and its certification-related skill set.
  • Must be male, below 40 years of age.
  • Asian nationality preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (to manage blue-collar staff).
