Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for mining and construction machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to earthmoving equipment, including repairs and maintenance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment challenges and provide effective solutions.
Conduct on-site inspections and testing of machinery to ensure compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements.
Develop and deliver technical training to clients and team members on equipment operations and maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and proposals related to product support activities.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and prevent recurring issues.
Coordinate with service engineering teams to address product-related challenges and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in mining and construction machinery.
Travel within the assigned region to provide on-site support and build strong client relationships.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical) from an accredited curriculum.
Strong knowledge and experience with mining applications and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
In-depth technical understanding of earthmoving construction and mining equipment. Hands-on experience with mining equipment is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a readiness to tackle challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
High level of creativity, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality service.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Proven experience in service, service engineering, or product support-related roles.
Interest in earthmoving parts, components, products, equipment, and services.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and internet-based tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region.
A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
