Job Brief: Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee operations across four business units—Neutral, Refrigeration, Displays, and Hoods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and a proven ability to lead diverse production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe workplace for employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a production management role within the sheet metal fabrication industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laser cutting, bending, panel bending, welding, polishing, and foaming processes.
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with production planning and inventory management software.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French is preferred.
  • Nationality Preference: Candidates from Western European backgrounds or those with 5+ years of experience working with Western companies. Korean nationals with good English communication skills and 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.
