Production Planner

Location: Dubai

Job Brief:
The Production Planner will be responsible for crafting realistic production schedules by analyzing customer demand, optimizing inventory levels, and balancing production costs. The role requires strong planning expertise, collaboration with multiple departments, and a focus on continuous improvement in line with operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop production schedules for specific products, ensuring on-time delivery (OTIF), cost efficiency, and optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize and enhance planning processes within Matrix while implementing best practices aligned with operational standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams to facilitate daily planning.
  • Prepare detailed monthly planning reports to track progress and performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning; experience in powder/paint planning is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry: Paint / Powder Coating / Chemical Manufacturing
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Candidate should be comfortable interacting with both factory/production staff and office-based employees.
  • Proactive and responsible in driving initiatives.
  • Open to working in a production/manufacturing factory area
  • Female candidates will only be considered for the role.
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities except Indian.
  • Age: 23 - 30 years.
