Production Planning & QC Supervisor

Location: Sharjah
Salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000

Job Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with Production Manager & Sales, ability to schedule production as per orders/minimum stocks & control online quality for the planned production.
  • Ability to handle & maintain inventory Stocks within the set threshold limits according to the lead time.
  • While planning focus on wastage/rejection control & measure by controlling overall quality.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production to design and execute Specifications/experiments for product improvement & controls.
  • Perform routine on-line inspections as per set standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address the relevant concerns.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and outcomes as per ISO 9001/ISO 22716 GMP Standards.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improvements or better controls.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor and control plastic production.
  • Monitoring the water treatment plants.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Production Manager or Divisional Manager.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Major in Applied Sciences Disciplines or other relevant/ or an experience of 5 Years in the same field in a reputed organization.
  • Experience in manufacturing as well as quality control in detergents and cleaning chemicals. The role is not limited to quality control but to a large extent production planning and resource allocation as well.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Nationality preference: Indian/Pakistani.
