Job Responsibilities:
Batch Mixing Oversight:
  • Manage and supervise the daily batch mixing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and optimize batch mixing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the research and development team to implement new fragrance formulations into the batch mixing process.
Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on raw materials and finished batches to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to guarantee the consistency and excellence of the final perfume products.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of batch mixers, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the batch mixing department and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in batch mixing technology.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in perfume batch mixing or a similar role within the fragrance industry.
  • Proficient in batch mixing software and systems.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of fragrance formulation, and raw materials.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
