Job Brief:
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Project Planning & Monitoring Support. The ideal candidate will be involved in risk assessment, project planning, and monitoring key project parameters, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor project health, budget, estimation, schedules, and risks.
Perform risk assessments and support in identifying and analyzing complex data to discover trends.
Regularly update project status with reports and presentations for leadership.
Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Support reverse engineering efforts and use tools such as MS Project to manage timelines and tasks.

Job Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in Project Planning, Monitoring, and Risk Assessment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
MBA in Project Management or Operations Management is preferred.
Proficient in MS Project and similar planning tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
