Job Brief:
Our client in the oil & gas industry is looking for a Proposal Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling RFQs, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and preparing detailed proposals to support project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor portals for new RFQs.
Analyze RFQs to understand the scope of work and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to gather necessary information.
Identify suitable suppliers for service offerings.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal support for customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers to address their requirements, queries, and clarifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
Draft clear and comprehensive proposals that align with client needs.
Ensure all proposal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Oversee awarded projects to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical).
Experience in AutoCAD for sample handling system design.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in EPC projects.
Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
