Job Brief:
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to support the sales team by preparing detailed proposals, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using IFS and Salesforce CRM or similar software.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Process customer orders with precision, verifying details for accuracy and ensuring on-time delivery.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses using IFS, Salesforce, and Excel.
Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements to enhance sales strategies.
Manage documentation and filing systems for sales-related materials.

Job Requirements:

2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting is an advantage.
Experience with IFS, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service.
