Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in the automotive industry, specifically in reverse engineering and benchmarking of automotive components. The ideal candidate should be passionate about product quality, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in vehicle systems, materials, and design processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Benchmark and reverse engineer automotive components, including electric and internal combustion engine vehicles.
Create and interpret Bill of Materials (BoM) for vehicle parts.
Perform accurate dimensional analysis using measurement tools.
Conduct vehicle weight capturing and weight analysis.
Implement quality control methodologies, defined checklists, and documentation for quality assessment.
Validate product designs using photo techniques and view orientations.
Participate in automotive design and development processes.

Job Requirements:

1 to 4 years of experience in the automotive sector, particularly in reverse engineering and benchmarking.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of automotive products, systems, and materials (ferrous, non-ferrous, plastic, composite).
Familiarity with QC tools and methodologies.
