Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, procurement, and budget management while ensuring project cost efficiency. This role requires prior experience working with a real estate developer and a strong understanding of construction costing and contract management.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for projects.
Evaluate and manage material costs while ensuring adherence to project budgets.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
Monitor project expenditures and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Ensure all materials comply with quality standards and project specifications.
Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial statements related to project works.
Assist in contract negotiations and evaluate variations.
Support project managers in tracking financial progress and forecasting budgets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Must have experience working with a real estate developer.
Proficiency in costing software and MS Excel.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
UAE driving license preferred.
Age below 35 years.
