Job Responsibilities:Business Development:- Research prospective companies in the UAE markets, pursue leads, and close successful agreements.
- Understand target markets, including industry dynamics, company profiles, and potential project opportunities.
- Identify and implement market strategies to attract and engage clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Research organizations and individuals through online platforms to identify new leads and untapped markets.
- Drive new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and aligning them with operational goals.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to create long-lasting client relationships.
Recruitment:- Identify and attract top talent by utilizing various recruitment channels.
- Conduct thorough applicant screening by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, and verifying references.
- Assess candidate qualifications, ensuring a strong match for client requirements in terms of skills, culture, and compatibility.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed and accurate profile summaries.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while tracking the interview process to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist clients and candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
