Job Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets for the Extruded Food Technologies business unit.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop sales strategies.
- Provide technical consultation and guidance on extruded food processing solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and service departments, for successful project execution.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Travel extensively within the sales territory to develop customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare market reports and develop business strategies with the product team and business unit sales management.
- Stay updated on product and process advancements.
- Participate in trade shows and industry networking events.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring project pipeline, customer interactions, and sales campaign activities are up to date.
- Review RFQs, qualify customer requirements, and collaborate with product and area sales managers to present accurate proposals.
- Gather market intelligence on pricing and customer expectations to inform pricing strategies.
- Conduct technical and sales presentations to customers.
- Assist in contract negotiations, including terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Utilize customer feedback to support product development and innovation.
- Develop value-based selling propositions and enhance value-selling skills.
