Job Brief:Sales Coordination is a key part of what our client does, providing the crucial ‘bridge’ between our customers and our internal purchasing, dispatch, and external field sales teams. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role will see you handling inbound customer inquiries and processing sales orders. In addition, you will assist the external sales executives and production scheduling based on the LPOs received.
Job Responsibilities:- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers, effectively maintaining profitability.
- Working closely with and supporting the external sales team.
- Administration of LPO/sales orders/quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met.
- Closely liaising with internal departments such as Dispatch, Inventory, and Production.
- Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships.
- Source trading materials through local vendors to ensure 3 quotations are received for better pricing and profitability. Raising LPOs and ensuring trading items are received in a timely manner.
- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits for sales team members, etc.
- Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as per the request from the sales team/management.
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
- Preparation of job cards and analyze the cost of production to ensure the sales are informed of the right pricing to be profitable.
- Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales Head.
- Any other activity which may be assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:- Educational qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in a Sales driven environment.
- Working knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
- Filipino female candidates are preferred for this role.
