Job Objective:Manages and oversees sales operations, develops client relationships, and evaluates costs for selling products and services.
Job Purpose:To contribute to the overall objectives of the Company. To create and maintain a “world-class” image for the company and its products in the packaging Industry.
Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. Sales Director’s duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Review and monitor sales reports and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
- Ensure rigorous feedback methods are developed for continuous quality and customer satisfaction review.
- Cooperate with other Business Units to enhance company growth by strengthening internal customer relationships.
- Ensure any customer complaints are quickly and effectively resolved.
- Liaise with management on new product development and supervise tests and commercialization processes.
- Present regular reports on sales and business development activities as agreed with management.
- Participate in quarterly and annual budgeting processes.
- Perform other work-related duties as required.
Job Requirements:- MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in a Marketing/Business Development/Sales environment with at least 3 years of Managerial experience in packaging or its subsidiary industry.
- Effective communication skills, Organizational awareness, Strategic influencing, Passion for growth, and teamwork are very critical competencies.
- Other languages besides English (Region Specific); Arabic Preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Nationality: Indian.
- Age: 40 - 48 years.
