Job Brief: Our client in the real estate industry is seeking an experienced
Sales Director to lead and scale their dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market and regulations, and strong leadership capabilities to manage, train, and motivate a high-performing team of agents.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to maximize their potential and ensure consistent performance.
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee client relationship management to maintain long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop campaigns and tools that support the sales process.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Participate in networking events and industry exhibitions to represent the company and build strategic connections.
