Job Responsibilities:
Visiting potential clients.
Searching for new customers in a designated region.
Establishing new and maintaining existing customers.
Building relationships with new and existing customers.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
Selling and consulting on technologically advanced products.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
Making technical presentations.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions with consent from the HOD.
Offering after-sales support in terms of communication and escalation, if required.
Recording and maintaining client contact data in the CRM.
Recording and maintaining the inquiry register.
Recording and maintaining competitor & market information.
Liaising with other members of the sales & service teams for any issues.
Solving or escalating to resolve the client’s operational or service issues.
Updating customers about the latest developments in the products and industry.
Meeting regular sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in Material Handling Equipment or Heavy Equipment.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Interviews for locally available candidates must be done face-to-face.
Male candidates are required for this role.
Must have UAE Driving License.
