Job Purpose:

To understand the technical aspects of the products and services offered by the company.
Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

To understand the details of products and services offered by the company.
To work closely with the sales team (outside) and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
Communicate and collaborate with the engineering team to customize products and services based on customer’s requirements.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documents for sales pitches.
Provide post-sales support to customers.
Identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Identify potential customers and collaborate with the internal team to understand the possibilities of product customization.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
Engineering degree in Instrumentation or relevant.
Good knowledge of technical products and services.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
