Job Brief:We are seeking a
Sales Engineer to join our client in the
Water Treatment Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate should have
0 to 4 years of experience, a
UAE driving license, and a
Chemical Engineering degree (preferred). This role requires strong sales acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive business growth and maintain client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients across district cooling, STP, RO plants, commercial buildings, hospitality, oil & gas, and industrial facilities.
- Identify and qualify new leads, conduct site visits, system inspections, and water analysis to provide tailored chemical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and present technical sales proposals, bids, and tenders aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the technical, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure correct chemical selection and timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive in the water treatment sector.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client interactions.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s water treatment solutions.
