Job Brief:
Our client, a leading provider of advanced packaging solutions, is looking to hire an ambitious and result-oriented Relationship Manager with expertise in the packaging industry to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience with inspection systems, thermoforming, and tray-sealing machines, along with a strong network within the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the packaging industry.
Identify and pursue business opportunities in thermoforming, tray sealing, and inspection machines.
Provide expert product consultation, addressing client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of GCC experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management within the packaging or marking & coding industry.
Strong knowledge of thermoforming, tray sealing, and inspection machines.
Must have an engineering background and a strong understanding of the technical drawings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
Nationality: Indian (Arabic-speaking Indians are preferred)
Gender: Male (preferred)
