Job Brief:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer - CDW (Chilled Drinking Water) to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water filtration and related solutions, combined with a proven ability to drive sales within the hospitality, corporate, and healthcare sectors. This role requires proactive client engagement, lead generation, and closing deals through effective sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify and visit at least five new potential customers daily within assigned market segments, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, schools, hospitals, and production facilities.
- Adopt a “Get the Sale” approach through various sales techniques such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, LinkedIn outreach, and presentations.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Line Manager for guidance and to follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage sales pipelines to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers, highlighting product features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high levels of service and trust, leading to long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve booking and revenue objectives.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, progress, and forecasts.
