Job Brief:We are seeking a
Sales Engineer – Chemical Service to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment solutions, with expertise in selling water treatment chemicals and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, technical sales expertise, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Job Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and developing sales leads for water treatment chemicals and systems.
- Conduct market research, networking, and customer outreach to expand the client base.
- Carry out technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Perform site visits and surveys to assess customer requirements and clarify technical needs.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare cost sheets, proposals, and technical submittals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close sales deals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the designated market.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM systems such as Salesforce or IFS.
- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, logistics, and execution, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Design custom water treatment solutions, selecting appropriate equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing pre-tender drawings and other documentation as required.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
