Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wastewater treatment, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in KSA.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Automation, Electrical, and IIOT technologies, including their application in wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure projects.
Solution Selling: Effectively present and sell Automation and IIOT solutions to potential customers, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Automation or IIOT industry in KSA.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation) or a related field.
Experience working for MEP contractors, system integrators, switchgear, and the wastewater treatment or infrastructure sector.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in KSA.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) tools.
KSA Driving License is required.
