Job Brief:As a Sales Executive in the Interior Works & Upholstery Division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market presence of our interior products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of interior solutions.
Job Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:- Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their interior design needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:- Develop in-depth knowledge of our interior products and services, including:
- Upholstery services
- Custom furniture design
- Furniture refurbishing
- Soft furnishings (e.g., curtains, cushions)
- Interior décor accessories
- Wall coverings and treatments
- Floor coverings (e.g., carpets, rugs)
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Sales Administration:- Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and update CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Job Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the interior design or upholstery industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
