Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate business leads internally and externally.
  • Minimum target to be achieved: Four times CTC in profits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.
  • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.
  • Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
  • Develop and maintain best business practices.
  • Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.
  • Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
  • Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration, and service KPIs.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.
  • Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.
  • Create sales calendar, attend customer events, and conduct annual business reviews.
  • Clearly understand the goals, policies, and procedures of the company.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of business development experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry based in Dubai.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven communication, management, and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil.
  • Age: Below 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to both male & female candidates.
