Job Brief:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Food Trading company in Dubai. The role involves selling a diverse range of food products, including Desi Ghee, Mustard Oil, pickles, and jaggery products, among others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in food trading, and possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities within the food trading market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Promote and sell food products such as ghee, mustard oil, pickles, amla-based products, and jaggery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
- Monitor and report sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and address any client concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and inventory updates.
