Job Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery and fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the project and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
