Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in packaging sales within the UAE and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE packaging market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up on orders and after-sales support.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the packaging industry within the UAE is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market with an existing client network in the packaging sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Open to all nationalities.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages will be an advantage.
