Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market penetration for electronic gadgets, accessories, and consumer goods.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and retail partnerships, to expand the company’s market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing product knowledge, resolving concerns, and fostering customer satisfaction.
Market and Product Expertise:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track sales performance against KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Sales Team Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a results-driven and collaborative team environment.
  • Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and implement training programs to enhance sales skills.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in the electronics, gadgets, or consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications or training in sales techniques or leadership are an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Female candidates are required for this role.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
