Job Brief:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented International Sales Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives and expand our distribution network across the UAE, Middle East, and Africa. This individual contributor role involves managing distributor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in assigned regions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the product portfolio and create actionable plans to maximize them.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance, offering feedback and support for improvement.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors to grow the company’s presence across the UAE, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Ensure all partnerships meet company standards for service quality and representation.
  • Conduct detailed market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Leverage insights to inform pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Unit Head.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and supply chain to execute sales strategies seamlessly.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to strengthen distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to build and manage distributor networks in the UAE, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets independently, as this is an individual contributor role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuances in the assigned regions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
