Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling UPS systems, Generators, CCU, ATS, VFD, LD systems, and Batteries to diverse markets such as hospitals, factories, educational institutions, hospitality, banking, and finance. This is an outdoor sales role with a focus on achieving targets and building long-lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets within the specified industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within hospitals, factories, hospitality, educational institutions, banking, and finance.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target markets.
Market Understanding & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the UAE.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management on market opportunities and threats.
Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their operational requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
Sales Reporting:
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales activities and results.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities that drive sales.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in selling UPS systems, Generators, CCUs, ATS, VFD, LD Systems, and Batteries.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market, with established contacts in the target industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Bachelors in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA is an ideal).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Age between 30-45 years.
  • Nationality: Indian, preferably South Indian.
