Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow our client's business in the Mexico market, focusing on chemical raw materials, epoxy resin, hardeners, adhesives, and industrial paints and coatings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of success, and an existing customer base within the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in the Mexico market.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your existing customer base and industry connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to inform business decisions.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Control and manage account receivables, ensuring timely payment and minimizing risk.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience in Business.
5+ years of sales experience in Protective Coatings or a related industry.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
