Job Responsibilities:
Direct Customer Management
  • Manage relationships with Foodservice Customers directly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Targets Achievement
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance against targets.
Financial Responsibilities
  • Collect payments from food service customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer credit and ensure adherence to payment terms.
Product Management
  • Introduce and launch new products in the market as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and propose solutions for out-of-stock or short-expiry situations.
Market Monitoring
  • Track competitor activities and provide timely updates to superiors.
  • Ensure company pricing policies are followed by customers.
Operational Compliance
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines in all activities.
  • Utilize technical support resources to enhance product listings at customer accounts.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database.
  • Foster strong relationships with all customers to maximize business opportunities.
Tasks:
  • Service and sell to assigned food service customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with all assigned customers.
  • Follow defined route plans and ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor and enhance productivity levels.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing strategies.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections effectively.
  • Track tender opportunities, including dates, products, quantities, and prices.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage customer and personal credit lines on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and address any customer complaints proactively.
  • Identify potential new products and propose them to supervisors for distribution consideration.
Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HORECA sales.
  • Experience in Institutional and Wholesale Sales.
  • Experience in servicing and selling to food service customers.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
