Job Brief:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations professional with a start-up Home maintenance company in Dubai. He will be responsible for day-to-day sales and operational activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to foster company growth.
  • Generating business opportunities (AMCs and Projects) from potential clients and maintaining existing customers’ relationships.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating maintenance contracts (AMC, Villa & Apartment Renovation and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in Sales and Operations in the Home maintenance field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a valid UAE driving license.
  • Self-starter and a results-oriented professional.
  • Should be able to run the business into profitability.
  • Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
