Job Brief:The Sales Specialist will lead and expand the sales function, forge strong client relationships, and play a key role in achieving business objectives.
Job Purpose:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling complex technological products or services from well-recognized international companies within the GCC market. Alongside strong sales expertise, the candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of technical products and services within the Defence and Security sector.
Job Responsibilities:The Sales Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Set sales targets, create sales budgets, and establish performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support partners by promoting and selling their products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.
- Recommend product and service improvements based on market feedback.
