Senior Architecture Designer/Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project goals.
  • Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and V-Ray.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address design challenges, and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and project updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to incorporate into projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all design work.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of project types and scales.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools such as V-Ray.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage design teams and liaise with clients effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
