Job Brief:
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to identify and nurture opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should excel in solution-based selling, be proficient in product demonstrations, and possess a deep understanding of the local sales landscape. This role is critical for expanding the company’s presence in the UAE and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on solution-based selling approaches.
  • Conduct sales product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company’s footprint in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and sales strategies, adapting to market demands.
  • Organize and lead workshops to engage potential clients and promote the company’s offerings.
Job Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in IT software/hardware sales, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) and an MBA.
  • Proven experience in IT sales with expertise in the UAE market.
  • Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and sell emerging technologies.
