Job Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage products, financing options, and loan eligibility.
• Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers for mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to final approval.
• Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage deals for clients.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage laws, banking regulations, and market trends.
• Negotiate mortgage terms and interest rates with banks on behalf of clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth and transparent mortgage process.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with real estate agents and developers to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s mortgage division.
