Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for sheet metal products, including VM material/POP displays/fixtures, server racks and cabinets, electrical enclosures, and panels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Job Requirements:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a sales position within the sheet metal sector or related fields (e.g., VM material/POP displays/fixtures, server racks and cabinets, electrical enclosures, and panels).
  • Proven track record of developing sales channels and growing customer accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Middle East retail sector, particularly in Electrical Enclosures, Metal Fabrication, and Fire Doors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the regional market for low voltage panels, enclosures, and networking infrastructure.
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in manufacturing sheet metal.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and industry-related requirements.
  • Exceptional research and networking abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
