Job Brief:
Our client, a leading provider of HVAC solutions, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, managing tenders, addressing technical queries, generating leads, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales technical support by offering product knowledge and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead analysis.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Handle tender responses, ensuring all functional and technical requirements are met effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all sales documentation and collateral are up to date.
  • Act as the go-to technical resource for the sales team, assisting with product positioning and customer queries.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and presentations for clients to enhance product understanding.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the HVAC solutions industry.
  • Must be a native Arabic speaker.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell HVAC products to construction, contracting, and manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
