Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Senior Executive with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts sales operations, and working with dealerships across the Middle East and Africa to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This role requires expertise in sales forecasting, pricing proposals, inventory management, and dealer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual orders and sales targets for the company’s genuine parts.
- Collaborate with dealerships across the Middle East and Africa to identify parts requirements and forecast sales.
- Create competitive pricing proposals to maximize sales for dealerships.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage any delays proactively.
- Maintain optimal stock inventory levels in partnership with dealerships to ensure parts availability for customers.
- Monitor CRM data for visibility on sales and inventory, adjusting stock levels as needed.
- Set up, train, and guide dealerships on Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) reporting.
- Lead marketing activities with dealerships to promote spare parts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealerships and distributors.
- Conduct market surveys to assess competitor activity and regional demand for parts, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with dealerships to support ongoing business.
- Prepare and present SPI reports and materials for both internal and HQ review.
- Conduct sales promotion activities and implement new procedures to optimize operations.
- Develop and document operational manuals for new team members and ensure smooth transitions.
- Participate in dealer conferences, delivering presentations and fostering engagement.
Job Requirements:- 5-7 years in spare parts sales within the automotive industry (mandatory).
- Engineering or University Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for dealer inventory and sales analysis.
- Experience with Parts ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kerridge.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Frequent travel within the Middle East and Africa, with flexibility for changing schedules.
