Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets in diverse markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry in Europe, South America, and North America.
• Hire, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of sales experience within the flexible packaging industry.
• Demonstrated success in team building, management, and leadership.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the flexible packaging market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients across different countries.
• Open to candidates residing outside of the UAE with relevant experience.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in expanding sales in international markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
