Job Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior International Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and drive growth across the GCC markets. In this role, you will manage high-performing distributor relationships, set performance targets, and identify new market opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies targeting the GCC markets to achieve growth and expand market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-performing distributors, ensuring consistent sales growth, market penetration, and alignment with company goals.
  • Set clear sales objectives and expectations for distributors, regularly conducting performance reviews and providing actionable feedback to drive results.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence into new territories within the GCC region.
  • Oversee the development of distributor-specific business plans, ensuring they align with the broader strategic goals and objectives of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and distributor support.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the international sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Regularly report on distributor performance, sales metrics, and market dynamics to senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in international sales, with a strong focus on distributor management and sales leadership within the GCC region.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets independently, as this is an individual contributor role.
  • Proven success in leading and growing sales in complex, multi-channel environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCC market trends, distributor operations, and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and motivate teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the GCC region and internationally as required.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuances in the assigned regions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
