Job Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies targeting the GCC markets to achieve growth and expand market share.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-performing distributors, ensuring consistent sales growth, market penetration, and alignment with company goals.
- Set clear sales objectives and expectations for distributors, regularly conducting performance reviews and providing actionable feedback to drive results.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence into new territories within the GCC region.
- Oversee the development of distributor-specific business plans, ensuring they align with the broader strategic goals and objectives of the company.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and distributor support.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the international sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Regularly report on distributor performance, sales metrics, and market dynamics to senior leadership.
