Working Days: 6 Days a week (during probation / first 6 months), alternate Saturdays off thereafter
Shift Duration: 8 A.M to 5 P.M (Dependent on the team)

Job Purpose: Service sales of pumps, swimming pool media, light filets & other engineering equipment for Dubai & Northern Emirates and thereby contribute to sales growth and profitability of the Group of Companies as a whole.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop in conjunction with the Service and Maintenance Manager, service sales annual business plan, including timeline and milestones, to achieve the divisions objectives and goals.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
- To generate service business opportunities through the selling of the service products mainly within UAE.
- Providing consultation and expert advice to management or other groups (customers) on technical, systems-related, or process related topics of company products.
- Apply structured sales management process to maximize sales and increased market penetration to Building services, Infrastructures projects & Industries.
- Manage and develop growth of AMC’s, Retrofit and Replacement works. Visiting sites & liaising regularly with end users/ clients, project site personnel, consultants, main contractors/ MEP contractors, government departments to generate inquiries, provide solutions & close the projects.
- Interact with clients & establish good rapport, determine customer needs & provide a clear interpretation of their requirements from the enquiry onset, explain & relate benefits to product features, handling objectives and ensure good working relationship and closing the deal.
- Follow-up service sales enquiry, gather client’s feedback and provide further information as required.
- Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.
- Plan and prioritize personal service sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and service sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, proposals, and specifications.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey in order to analyze and measure company’s product quality and services for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality and in line with company services standards.
- Conduct tool box talks with the Technicians.
- Order processing.
- Ensure that customers fulfil all criteria of the contract such as payment, signing of purchase orders agreements.
- To liaise with the credit control department to ensure all invoices are issued and payments are received on time.
- To liaise with service coordinators, warehouse, pump assembly plant, control panel divisions for timely delivery.
ReportingAttend weekly team meetings with weekly activity reports.
General- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of Machinery Workshop Function, so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective service to customers.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across Machinery Workshop Function to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
