Job Responsibilities:

Support the organization in all aspects of its work, mainly related to water treatment chemicals, and provide after-sales service to existing and new customers.
Analyze water samples, study and implement various water treatment chemical programs for boilers, cooling towers, condenser water, chilled water, swimming pools, and general purpose. You will also be required to maintain and develop business relationships with customers independently. You will manage schedules and prepare reports on work planned and completed, following the company's administrative systems.
The role involves significant interaction with our sales team, consultants, contractors, and customers. You will also provide technical support to the Company’s Licensees and customers.
Adhere to all Health and Safety directives in force within the company and as may be imposed by customers. You are expected to always use the safety equipment provided and act in a responsible manner.
Manage project activities.

Condenser Water:

Perform water treatment duties for assigned customers.
Liaise with our sales team, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth water treatment services for clients.
Understand water treatment specialty chemical dosages and calculations.
Provide support for process engineering in day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
Monitor and evaluate performance while maintaining effective reporting systems.
Troubleshoot operational and process quality problems in areas such as cooling water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water (CHW), and condensers.
Prepare technical content for operating procedures.
Oversee flushing operations and supervise the same.
Identify additional service requirements for clients.
Commission and troubleshoot water treatment controllers and dosing systems.
Program and interface controllers with Building Management Systems (BMS) and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of Ethernet/IP communication.
Review current treatment programs and provide enhanced technical support.
Monitor corrosion coupons and implement biological control measures through on-site testing.
Calibrate sensors, including PTSA, Fluorometers, online corrators, pH, Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, and ORP sensors.
Handle materials and installation related to controllers, pumps, and sensors.
Maintain chemical stock and coordinate with logistics to ensure adequate inventory.
Provide on-site training for customers, clients, and site operatives.

Chilled Water System:

Oversee equipment installation according to schematics, P&ID, piping layout, and isometric drawings.
Raise RFIs and coordinate with consultants for approvals after installation, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with clients regarding site readiness for installation activities.
Complete pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Optimize plant performance as per design specifications.
Collaborate with the project team to execute plant actions.
Diagnose and recommend solutions for process-oriented issues.
Prepare method statements, checklists, and TRA for installation, testing, and commissioning.
Generate monthly O&M reports, AMC services reports, production and chemical consumption reports, and water analysis reports.
Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations to the sales team prior to bidding.
Apply for and close work permits while maintaining safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with client procedures and material specifications.
Monitor material storage and handling.

Chilled/Condenser & Pipeline - Chemical Flushing:

Monitor HDPE welding and fabrication activities for chilled water pipelines.
Prepare threading installations.
Conduct water leak tests and flushing operations.
Assist engineers during consultant inspections and approvals.
Coordinate site activities with engineers.

Domestic Water Tank Cleaning, Flushing, and Disinfection:

Inspect tanks and domestic water systems for cleaning and disinfection.
Supervise installation of hoses, pipes, fittings, and pumps.
Oversee tank cleaning and disinfection processes.
Assist engineers during consultant inspections and approvals.
Coordinate site activities with engineers.
Obtain approvals, including WCR and invoice approvals.
Perform water analysis and prepare site reports.

Swimming Pool, Fountain, Jacuzzi Cleaning, and Boiler Water Treatment:

Inspect systems for maintenance requirements.
Clean pools and add chemicals as needed.
Backwash filters and coordinate site activities with engineers.
Obtain approvals, including WCR and invoice approvals.
Perform water analysis and prepare site reports.
Troubleshoot operational and process quality problems in cooling water, boiler water, process water, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, and swimming pool water systems.
Provide technical content for operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience with a valid UAE driving license.
Troubleshooting experience related to controllers and water treatment equipment, including ETP and STP systems.
B.Tech., B.E., B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
