Job Brief:We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to manage project execution, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process design for STP/ETP/wastewater treatment plants.
Job Responsibilities:- Project management, material handling, and installation.
- Commissioning of water and wastewater treatment technologies, including Clarifiers, Filtration, UF, EDI, RO, DM plants, Aeration, MBBR, MBR, etc.
- Troubleshooting and site coordination.
- Ensuring safety management on-site.
- Coordinating with the engineering team for BOQ requirements.
- Client management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operation & maintenance of water treatment plants.
- Analyzing water parameters and optimizing plant performance.
- Reviewing P&ID, piping layouts, and isometric drawings for equipment installation.
- Coordinating with clients for site readiness and installation activities.
- Diagnosing and providing recommendations for process-oriented issues.
- Preparing method statements, checklists, and risk assessments for installation and commissioning.
- Generating monthly O&M, AMC service reports, and water analysis reports.
- Conducting site surveys and providing reports to the sales team.
- Applying and closing work permits while maintaining safety compliance.
- Liaising with sales teams, consultants, and contractors for smooth operations.
- Monitoring performance, troubleshooting quality issues, and implementing process improvements.
- Handling water treatment processes, including cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, domestic water, and swimming pool treatment.
- Performing commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment controllers and dosing systems.
- Programming and interfacing with BMS/SCADA systems.
- Monitoring corrosion control, biological measures, and calibration of sensors.
- Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting dosing systems.
