Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to focus on driving sales for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, and repair services.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling AMC services for UPS systems, Generators, CCU, ATS, VFD, LD systems, and Batteries. This role requires proactive management of client relationships, identifying opportunities for AMC sales, and achieving revenue targets while collaborating closely with service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Job Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Business Development:- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, and repair services.
- Identify new business opportunities within the target sectors, focusing on securing AMC agreements with commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of AMC and service offerings.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Chief Engineers, Procurement Managers, and IT Managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing service needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and proactive engagement to convert leads into long-term clients.
AMC Sales:- Promote and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for UPS systems, Generators, CCUs, ATS, VFD, LD systems, and Batteries.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of services based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracted services.
Spare Parts & Repairs Sales:- Identify sales opportunities for spare parts and repairs within the existing customer base and potential clients.
- Provide solutions that ensure clients have the necessary parts and maintenance to keep their systems running smoothly.
Team Collaboration:- Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure efficient service delivery for AMC contracts.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure the availability of resources for the timely execution of services.
Revenue and Profitability Management:- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling AMC services, spare parts, and repairs.
- Manage pricing strategies for services to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
